1) Why did you choose personal training as opposed to the millions of free programs online?
Having taken Barre classes in the past, I was so happy to hear you were opening a fitness studio. I prefer working out with others.
2) What has been your greatest achievement since you've been working out?
More energy, less aches and pains. I just feel better about myself!
3) What advice would you give someone who is ready to start working out?
Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and mood. It doesn’t happen overnight, but it's worth it. Just work at your own pace and you’ll get there.
4) What is a fun fact about you we may not know?
I have 8 grandchildren and enjoy spending as much time as possible with them as possible!
