Recipe: Mixed Berry Protein Shake


Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup raspberries

  • 1/4 cup blackberries

  • handful of walnuts

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed/help blend

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup ice


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender

  2. Enjoy!
