Whether you’re training to lose weight or just want to trim and tone, my program will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time. I will customize your workouts according to your goals and schedule. Sessions will include: *Warmup *Functional Exercises *Mobility work HOW TO REQUEST YOUR 60-MIN PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS: If you've already had your Initial Consultation, this is how to get started. First, make sure you have purchased a payment plan from the "Shop" at skyesfitness.ptminder.com. Under the "60-minute Personal Training" option choose a 5- or 10- session package. After that, you will be able to request any 60-minute appointments that fit your schedule!
