Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements from the strengthening exercises that dancers do, Barre is a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but will sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape! You will see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance.
You do not need any dance experience in order to take this Barre class, because I will teach you with the intent of progression and a safe approach. In my Barre class, you will always feel challenged, yet consciously aware of what is right for your body. Barre classes teach you to find the strength of a dancer within you, and will transform your body.

HOW TO BOOK THIS CLASS:
First, make sure you have purchased a payment package from the "Shop" at skyesfitness.ptminder.com. Under the "Group Classes" option choose a Drop In, 5-session or 10- session package. After that, you will be able to book any classes that fit your schedule!
