Service Description

H.I.I.T., or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. It's fast and fun! Video-conferencing (Zoom) links are available upon request, if you prefer to attend the class from home! HOW TO BOOK THIS CLASS: First, make sure you have purchased a payment package from the "Shop" at skyesfitness.ptminder.com. Under the "Group Classes" option choose a Drop In, 5-session or 10- session package. After that, you will be able to book any classes that fit your schedule!
