SkyeFitness Squad Highlight: Mary Ann Rasku


1) Why did you choose personal training as opposed to the millions of free programs online?

I’m not motivated enough to exercise without someone there to make me do it. I also want to make sure my form is correct so I don’t hurt myself. With online programs, you don’t get feedback about your form or anything else. I even have to be reminded to breathe.


2) What has been our greatest achievement since you've been working out?

Feeling stronger and increasing the amount of weight I can lift.


3) What advice would you give someone who is ready to start working out?

Hire a trainer and do what they say! I didn’t know where to start on my own.


4) What is a fun fact about you we may not know?

I used to have a terrible Worcester accent.
