1) Why did you choose personal training as opposed to the millions of free programs online?
I needed something to keep me motivated and I loved the privacy at the studio.
2) What has been your greatest achievement since you've been working out?
I have become more confident with myself and I can now hip thrust 125 lbs.
3) What advice would you give someone who is ready to start working out?
Don’t give up even when it gets tough because it will all pay off and be worth it.
4) What is a fun fact about you we may not know?
I want to visit every tropical place!
